SERV Appoints Two New Executives

Tuesday, 28 May 2024: SERV is pleased to announce the promotion of two respected internal leaders within its Executive Leadership Team.

Steve Planincic has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in recognition of his outstanding contributions since joining SERV in June 2021 as General Manager for Customer Operations and Technology. With 28 years of experience in business transformation and technology strategy, Steve is set to drive productivity and performance across the business. Steve’s strategic vision and passion for sustainable growth will be instrumental in delivering SERV’s ongoing success.

Lauren Rose has been promoted to General Manager, Legal & Secretariat, bringing her extensive expertise in legal, privacy, and corporate governance to SERV’s executive team. With a background in international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory, privacy and data, Lauren is skilled in developing, growing and transforming businesses both in Australia and overseas. Her diverse industry experience and innovative approach will support SERV’s strategic growth and enhance its corporate functions.
