We're passionate about our goal to provide Australia's most innovative and trusted registry services. We develop systems to improve efficiency, security and dependability. We act with integrity, generating growth and value for the benefit of all Victorians.
In August 2018, the Victorian Government granted us a 40-year concession to administer registry services for the 160-year-old Victorian Land Titles Office.
Formerly Victorian Land Registry Services (VLRS), we became Secure Electronic Registries Victoria (SERV) in 2021.
SERV's single shareholder is Aware Super, an Australian-owned superannuation fund. Aware Super is one of Australia's largest superannuation funds with more than 1.1 million members, most of whom are nurses, doctors, teachers and members of the public service. Their purpose is to be a force for good in superannuation, retirement and advice, driving better outcomes for their members, families and communities. This purpose aligns entirely with our commitment to create public good and deliver shareholder value.
