SERV is committed to improving your customer experience. We are doing this by investing in our technology and the LANDATA® website. 

 
What is changing? 

We are making a few changes to the LANDATA® website to assist you in finding what you need. 

• On 3 June 2023, you’ll see a new look homepage for LANDATA®. 
   
• The updates will simplify how you navigate through the website. 
   
• There will be no change to the existing ordering process, including how you order Title and Property Certificates.  

Why is it changing? 

At SERV, we strive for excellence in customer experience. The LANDATA® homepage refresh allows you to access a more efficient service.  

When is it changing? 

The new LANDATA® homepage is scheduled to go live on 3 June 2023. 

Do I need to do anything? 

No. The LANDATA® website homepage will update automatically overnight on 3 June 2023. After this time, you can continue to use the LANDATA® website as normal to obtain title and property information in Victoria.
