Secure Electronic Registries Victoria (SERV) would like to advise that an Expression of interest (EOI) process to become a Property Sales Data licensed broker for the State of Victoria (State) is now open and will remain open until 5pm AEDT 28 February 2024

SERV will act as the Managing Body on behalf of the State in relation to the EOI process. 

 Key actions and dates:

• To register your interest in the EOI process, please contact SERV via email:  mailto:brokers@servictoria.com.au
• Upon receipt of your email, SERV will provide you the EOI documentation required to prepare your submission. 
• Final submissions must be received by SERV via email prior to 5pm AEDT 28 February 2024 
• It is anticipated successful applicants will commence as a broker April 2024.
