What’s new?

SERV and Land Use Victoria’s goal is to provide a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly service that simplifies how Victorians access property information.  This new process will streamline how users search for and purchase a Copy of Title (Register Search Statement) and/or a Copy of Plan – the two most in-demand products.

The new inclusions are:

• Quick address search: You can now search directly from the homepage by entering the required property address.
• Simplified ordering: Complete your transaction in four easy steps.
• Guest checkout: No need to create an account or remembering passwords.
• Fresh LANDATA® website: Improved information for users on the most common products.
