SERV - Secure Electronic Registries Victoria

SERV is introducing significant improvements to its system communications, providing customers with near real-time updates on the performance of SERV’s systems.

Starting today, customers will notice a new look and improved system status notifications, ensuring clearer, more timely, and actionable information to minimise disruption and enhance transparency. This is the first in a series of updates planned over the coming months.

New SERV System Status Page

Customers now have access to the SERV Status Page, a dedicated self-service portal on SERV’s website. This page provides near real-time information on the Victorian Land Registry’s system performance, including outages, degradations, and planned maintenance.

SERV CEO, Andrew Faber, said the enhancements will provide customers with greater visibility and confidence when using SERV’s digital services.

“We’re committed to equipping our customers and stakeholders with the tools and information they need to operate efficiently. These updates provide near real-time system insights, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience for everyone who relies on our services”.

As SERV continues to refine its system communications, further enhancements will be rolled out to ensure customers stay informed and supported.
