As a private technology and data insights company, SERV administers land registry services and protects the accuracy of Victoria’s property data.

We work closely with government. In 2018, SERV was granted a 40-year concession to manage operations for the 160-year-old government-owned Victorian Registry of land. Since then, we’ve modernised systems, improved efficiency, and introduced innovations that build trust and reliability across the state.

Our work enables progress by supporting homebuyers, businesses, and communities across Victoria, giving them confidence that their property information is secure, accurate, and accessible.
