The Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) has published for consultation Model Participation Rules Version 6 Consultation Draft and Model Operating Requirements Version 6 Consultation Draft. These consultation drafts propose amendments to the Model Participation Rules Version 5 and Model Operating Requirements Version 5 respectively.
Written submissions can be made to chair@arnecc.gov.au by the due date 19/02/2020.

Reminder: Christmas and new year closure
Land Registry Services offices at 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne and 57 Cherry Lane, Laverton will close at 4.00 pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and reopen at 8.30 am on Thursday 2 January 2020.
Online services (LANDATA® and electronic lodgment) will continue to be available during this period.
Customer queries (telephone message or email) will be responded to when offices reopen.
