Land Victoria fees
Changes to Lodgement Fees from 1 July 2007
All fees for transactions lodged under the Subdivision Act 1988 will increase from 1 July 2007.
These fees have been derived as result of a Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS).
New Fee Guides will be available in June.
