Customer Information Bulletin #147 – Jan 2015
Caveat and withdrawal of caveat interactive forms
Land Victoria has two new interactive PDF forms:
- Caveat
- Withdrawal of caveat.
The new forms contain defined panels, online help and system messages to assist with their completion.
Customers are encouraged to use the forms, and can save them onto their own computer (partially or fully completed).
The new forms are on the Forms, guides and fees page at www.dtpli.vic.gov.au/property >Forms, guides and fees.
For Land Victoria’s position on old-style Caveat and Withdrawal of caveat forms, please refer to Customer Information Bulletin No. 143, May 2014.
Three new caveat guides
There are also new guides to assist with preparation of caveats and withdrawals of caveats:
