Customer Information Bulletin #114 – Nov 2008
In accordance with the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2000, the Planning Certificate fee will increase from 3 November 2008.
The statutory fee for a Planning Certificate ordered via Australia Post or in person at the Land Information Centre* will rise from $17.20 to $17.70.
Customers using the LANDATA® Planning Certificate Online Express Service will pay $11.20, an increase of 50 cents.
Orders received after 7 November 2008 which do not include the correct fee will be returned with a request for additional funds to be forwarded.
To order a planning certificate through the Online Express Service go to www.landata.vic.gov.au and select Titles and Property Certificates.
Orders placed online prior to 4pm on any business day will be returned to you on the same day.
