Land Use Victoria
Whilst SERV work closely with Land Use Victoria, it is important to note that we are not able to directly assist with some enquiries.
They include enquiries and matters relating to
- Subdivision/Easements/Adverse Possession or the Water Register
- Service of court documents to the Registrar or feedback, including complaints, about Land Use Victoria or The Victorian Registrar of Titles.
If your enquiry is in relation to any of these matters, please submit your enquiry through our online form and it will be sent to the relevant department within Land Use Victoria who will respond to your enquiry via email.
