SERV announces Board transition
25 March 2026
SERV acknowledges the conclusion of respected Board member Clark Butler’s tenure as a Non-Executive Director, following nearly seven years of service.
Appointed in April 2019, Mr Butler joined the Board at a pivotal time shortly after the commencement of SERV’s concession. He brought extensive experience in guiding technology and data companies across strategy, governance, commercialisation and transaction execution, contributing to SERV’s growth and evolution.
SERV Chief Executive Officer Andrew Faber said:
“Clark has been a highly valued member of the SERV Board, providing trusted advice, insight and leadership over many years. He has played a critical role in shaping SERV’s direction, and we thank him for his significant contribution.”
Mr Butler was recently appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of NSW Land Registry Services, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director.
Commenting on his departure, Mr Butler said:
“I have immensely enjoyed my time with SERV and will keep watching with interest as the business develops over time. High quality service, modernised technology and, above all, an excellent and committed team continue to be SERV’s hallmarks.”
SERV’s Board will continue to support and guide the organisation in delivering on its purpose, with a strong, experienced and diverse group of Directors in place.
